Conditions of Hire

• Normal trading hours are from 7.00 am to 6.00pm
• Hourly rates are charged to the nearest 15 minutes with a minimum charge of one hour.
• All trucks are radio controlled to base or equipped with mobile phones
• Black and White rates are based on city back to city as such the charge begins from the time the vehicles leaves the city until the time it returns to the city.
• Penalty rates apply after 12 noon on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, where a minimum charge of 2 hours will apply
• We are pleased to offer 30 day Trading Terms to approved applicants.
• Excess mileage applies on jobs that are outside a 30km radius of the city
• Goods held overnight will incur a one hour charge
• Should you have any queries regarding your account, please contact up upon receipt of the invoice
• There is a one hour charge for cancelled bookings, if the vehicle has been dispatched.
• Office hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
